The high sale in Houston this week was 11625 Monica St in Bunker Hill Village of the Memorial Villages. It sold for $2,898,300 which came to $414.00 a square foot.

The stone and stucco estate has five bedroom four full and one half bathroom home was built in 2006.It has 5,483 square feet of living space on over a half acre of land.

Seller notes include  a description of a stunning estate with towering trees and a formal entry leading to the grand family room. There are oversized windows for breathtaking panoramic views of the pool and backyard oasis.
